New solo EP: "This Light Feels New"
New music for a Spring awakening - Listen Now
So here it is! This Light Feels New is my first release as part of an experimental new project where I challenge myself to record an EP of improvised music every month (in less than a week).
I hit record and all I know is what instrument I’m about to play - there is no planning of the musical content in advance. Once I have some material to work with, I can build on it with other instruments and effects, but the core track will always be created spontaneously.
I learned a lot during this process. Everything from recording techniques to the process of releasing the music to the world. I’m looking forward to working on next month’s EP and sharing the results with you.
